Our country is still the best ever! Even though we all face scary times economically, scariest of all is the potential shift in culture, or should I say potential culture loss in being represented in the main media.
As a hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman who enjoys a small garden, listening to country music, while shelling butter beans on my front porch with my wife and kids, I get nervous with the things I see on the news and speeches I hear from our politicians who are making decisions for our country’s best interest. I will always be country and look to backstrap and turkey breast to feed my family, while proudly standing up for the protection of our 2nd amendment to protect us good folks from evil!
Please let your voices be heard and be an activist for our lifestyle and the common down home culture that makes up the hunting brotherhood! Let your local, state and federal politicians know where you stand.
God bless America and the Hunter!
Waddell

Micheal,
You know when my daddy first started teaching me to build a house or any building the first thing he taught me about was the foundation. As our politicians sit in washington and make decissions for us i think they lose sight of the basics of any structure. Our great country’s foundation was that of the outdoorsman and the hunter. When she began she was a country comprised of either hunters or farmers and most were both. She not only took from the land but gave back also. if we desicrate the very foundation of this structure she will crumble and we’ll be back to the iron fist of one man with all the power we fled in 1776 to begin with. I stand proud as a member of the NRA and a outdoorsman with the thought in mind that not only is it my opportunity but also my God given and forefathers instilled right to hunt this great country and protect my family from the evils that exist in this world. You have found a Friend and a BROTHER to stand with you on this right and I as a former Marine who served for this and all the other bill of rights, I will fight till my death to protect what my forefathers protected. Thank you Brother for standing and being heard

Fellow Bone Collector,
I hear You loud and clear, and agree with Your statements. I have three young outdoor fanatics of my own, and want them to be able to enjoy the outdoors and the freedoms that I have since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I too worry though that there are indivduals who seek to take those very rights away from us all. Mr. Waddell speaks the truth, if We want to hang on to these rights then We all have to stand up for them. I hope to see You in the woods or on the water…be safe

Michael,
Its not just a cultural shift, its a shift to being a post-Christian nation. A nation that forsakes God is destined for destruction. We must turn back to God and ask His forgiveness and healing (2 Chronicles 7:14). The truth is still the truth.
Blessings,
Scott

A couple falls back I took a part time job at gander mountain as an archery tech. I have known who you were for many years and how you have influinced me in archery. But it absolutely amazed me in how many other people that I met at Gander whom you have also influinced. I remember in my job interview my store manager had his Gander vest signed by you and told me that I would be able to take a trip with someone else for an archery expo and meet you. I signed up for the job right then and there. Unfortunately that never happened, do to some economy struggles. So keep it up, you bring hunters together and if it wasn’t for your shows I dont know if my wife would have ever gone bow hunting, but now she is hooked. Thanks again.
