Misc
Cracker Boy … I love to cook what I kill. There’s just no better way to enjoy and honor your game. I’ve got all kinds of meat in my freezer, but my favorite table fare is no doubt deer and turkey. I like to season my game with Cracker Boy products. Their Cracker Boy Original and Lemon Pepper flavors are awesome, and I also like their Cracker Girl Hot and Spicy seasonings. They’re the perfect finishing touch to a wild game spread.

Lock-Ons … I mostly use Ameristep Lock-Ons. I love their Non-Typical series. They’re solid, lightweight and simple to use.
Ladder stands … Ameristep is my first choice. They’re a leader in inventing new ladder stand concepts and designs. The new Team Realtree Buckbuster and the Skyscraper have totally changed the way I look at hunting out of a ladder stand. You’ll be seeing me in more and more of them on future Road Trips.

Tree Saddles … Another great product I should mention is Green’s Tree Saddle by Trophyline. Check ‘em out. They’re really cool. There’s really nowhere you can’t hunt with one of these deals. They’re perfect for bowhunters who cover lots of ground and can’t be weighed down.

Trail cameras … I like the Bushnell Scout. It works great and it’s a breeze to use. Just put the batteries in, turn it on and let ‘er scout. You gotta keep it simple, and the Scout does its part to make that happen for you.

C’Meer Deer … Hank Parker has been a longtime friend of mine, and when he first told me about this new attractant, I was skeptical. But after using it a time or two, I was sold. You can spray it around your stand sites and food plots, and deer are drawn in like they’re on a leash. It’s amazing. It really helps bring deer within bow range.

GPS … Again, I trust Bushnell to get it done. The ONIX has been in my pack for quite a while, and has helped keep my butt from getting lost on more than a few Road Trips. I trust my ONIX to help me find my favorite hunting spots – especially when I’m hunting elk on huge areas of public land out West. My GPS really helps me hunt with added confidence. You can’t put a price on that.

Ground blinds … Again, I’ve gotta go with Ameristep. My buddies Ralph & Vicki Cianciarulo helped design the new Ameristep Choice Blind, and they did a heck of a job. I’ve been huntin’ out of ground blinds a lot lately, and I’m sold on the idea that you can kill any critter out of one.
